Our medium-bodied red grape wine is over 75% Cabernet Sauvignon with Zinfandel added for fruitiness. Our burgundian-style wine is aged in new American oak and exhibits strawberry. Mayflower Red pairs well with lighter meats and pasta, as well as turkey.
